Well its ongoing, but a lot of the time I do not feel well at all, stomach wise just feel really crappy etc... my mom says its because of the way I eat.. could be, so my question is what can I eat that is more healthy that doesn't take forever to make ( I am not the greatest cook in the world either but I can cook some stuff ) like right now I basically eat a lot of processed stuff, boxed stuff, etc. I have not eaten fast food in like 2-4 months so I thought that was a good start! btw im 24 years old and im 5'11" 145-150 lbs , and yea I need to start working out
any ideas on what I can do to start eating healthier? thanks
