how can i start to introduce agility to my puppy?

I have a 1 year old female dog that i want to get into agility to get some of her energy out i think she would excel at it. i just don't know how to introduce her to it.

You really need to take her to classes. There's specific techniques you need to know to introduce the equipment and get your dog using it safely - not to mention really enjoying agility. All she needs is basic obedience first because agility is done off leash. This isn't a sport you want to try to get into on your own. Besides, the idea is to have fun - neither your dog nor you will enjoy it in your back yard.

you enter a beggining agility class. i got my dog started in a class and its so easy. they take little steps with easier jumps and stuff until they know what to do. and soon enough they can do it like a pro.

Enroll her in a basic obedience class at a facility that also teaches agility. Once she's strong on her basic obedience, you can start a begginer's agility class.
