how can i stop my Nissan Maxima from rattling over speed bumps and bumps, its an 07.?

yes going slower does help, but the bumps on the roads make my car rattle a bit, which is annoying.. i go slow on speedbumps and my suspension squeeks

FLOOR it and VAULT the speed bumps.

Or just swing by your local shop and have them grease your suspension.
