I am making my gf upset cause I randomly talk about my ex. Even go as far as saying I love her. I don't think about my ex nor do I have any contact with her. I have been broken up with her for years and I'm now with my gf for a year now. It really scares me, and I feel so hopeless. I am wondering if I need a therapist. I would do anything to change this and be happy with my gf.
