How can i stop this girl from spreading rumors about me?

We used to be friends but since i disagreed with her on an agrument she got in with another friend of mine. so now she is pissed and she is telling all of her friends and some of my friends lies about me! She's evem gossiping about me badly to my crush so he'll hate me and like her. [because im guessing she likes him too] Some of my/her friends beilieve her lies but most don't... but its pissing me off that she's telling lies about me to kids in school and her MOM!
how can i get her to stop?

If I were u, I would approach her in a fashionable manner and ask her what kind of issues does she have, so that the issue can be resolved...She sounds insecure and have some jealousy tendencies, but you should sit down and talk to her, but calm down and take a breather before u talk to her and not be so pissed off because u know the statements that she's making isn't true.

Tell the principle about her! Tell the teachers and other people about her my dear. At least this way you don't have to deal with it in school but outside of school its different. File her for harassment! Another thing be careful what u put your trust in without someone telling your secret. Friends will screw you over, be very very choosy who you hang out with bc you might end up with the wrong crowd, go to jail etc. Karma will get her, don't worry about it! Just don't spread anything about her bc it will back fire, it will make the fuel higher then it is.

she knows it's eating you alive, so it's a game for her. if you ignore it, i'm sure she will feel like an idiot down the road...and people will see that she's nothing but a witch

Ignore it. Don't let it get to you, and don't freak out, trying to convince everyone that things aren't true.

Finally, don't fight fire with fire. It just leads to bigger fires.

Or just ignore it, she'll get bored eventually when she realizes it doesnt bother you.
