How can I stop users from viewing video files on internet from my computer?

I own a cyber cafe and I have a broadband connection which offers limited download/upload limit. If that limit is exceeded I have to pay enormous amounts for bills.

I have found certain customers viewing porn videos which I do find offensive as well as it adds the downloaded data.

Is there such a way that I restrict my customers from viewing video files over internet?
