...the door open for the future? So I applied to Company A and Company B. I held a slight preference for Company A (not that Company B was bad). However, Company B was much faster in the interview process and offered me a WRITTEN job offer with decent pay and benefits. Plus they are still small so lots of opportunities!
The issue is, Company B didn't give me too much time to decide and the longer I wait, the greater the chance of losing the offer. Company A is still interviewing me (they seem interested, but there are still rounds of interviews left for me to screw up!) and I don't know how long it will take. I want to work for this company in the future, but I don't want to waste their time right now.
Long story short is that I don't want to risk decline offer from Company B and not getting an offer from Company A (out of a dozen or so companies, these were the only two that gave me a chance!). So I am sticking with Company B and down the road if Company A still wants to expand, I'll consider them!
Any suggestions on what I should say to Company A? I don't want to burn the bridges with them!
Thank you!
