How can I transfer files from a Bluetooth-less PC to a Bluetooth-ed laptop?

I lost my USB, my laptop doesn't have a CD-ROM, and when I access internet from my laptop, it suddenly hangs. Anyone can help me?
I can't buy anything now that will help me solve the problem, but I can download softwares from the internet.
 
there are two ways, the first one is buy a bluetooth adapter for you computer or you can buy a router that can share internet by wifi and you can also share files by homegroup or with the pro version of network magic you can print wirelessly
 
There is no way to transfer files from a bluetooth less pc to a bluetooth laptop except using Pendrive or Cd or a external harddisk or you can even laptops harddisk and insert in your pc

The easiest & fastest mode of transferring files is using USB pen drive. Else, you can get an external bluetooth device to transfer files.
 
if the computer are in the same network, you can share folders, so that way you can access some folders from other PC, but the computers must be in the same network, i mean under the same router. So go, to the folder rigth click and sharing options.
