How can I uninstall Divx Setup?

Yeah, I should have known not to download something i wasn't sure about. But anyways. There were 2 other things that went with it. I don't remember their names..but they uninstalled in about a second. Now, Divx setup is not uninstalling. I go to control panel and the uninstall/change program stuff. it doesn't work. Divx just comes up and it's all "oh, I'm uninstalling. LOLJK I'm not really uninstalling I'm just pretending to and the little load bar will pretend to be loading for all eternity." HELP.
It doesn't work >.< I installed it a long time ago. And there's no points of uninstallation. :(
 
system restore is the best thing to do... just choose a reasonable date to use.... just type in system restore in the search box when you open start button.
