How can I upload an I-DVD to my PC?

I have an I-DVD given to me which contains a live sporting event, 90 minutes long. I use a PC and can view the I-DVD with no problems but I need to upload into my computer so I can edit with Windows Movie Maker. Searched the net for this answer to no avail. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
ConvertXtoDVD will convert it to WMV, but Movie Maker can only handle about 30 minutes. I don't know what you can use to parse the video into smaller files. Sorry.
