How can I upload photos taken with my Nokia E5 to Facebook?

I want to upload to Facebook pictures taken with the camera from my Nokia E5. Does anybody know how I can do this or an application I can download?? Thanks!
 
The phone should have came with a cable that allows you to plug it into the computer.
you shouldn't need any application to download. But if there is a software for the phone than it should have came with it in the box.
