How can I use the bluetooth on my laptop to transfer media files to my phone?

I am using the sony Vaio and i have done it before i just forgot how i know you need to put the files that you want to share inside the shared folder in the bluetooth folder but how do I transfer that file once it is in the shared folder. I have been trying to connect my phone to my computer but i cannot get my computer to connect to my phone without it wanting to use it as a dial-up internet service the phone is a blackberry I know there is a wat to do it because i have done it before.

There are more than one way ..... possible to put pressure on the left mouse button and go to send via choose bluetooth
If not ples informed and if possible write model piece to you
