How can I watch a movie through the internet??

How can two computer be conected through the internet and see a movie that is been watch in one of the computer.
For example My brother and I are planning to watch a movie that i have in my computer. im in the united states and he is in dom repm. how can we watch it at the sam time.
I hope you can help me
