How can I watch a video after I download it to BitTorrent?

Actually I've downloaded a movie using BitTorrent. After I download it I right-click the file and selected the open containing folder and I saw the file and try to watch it in realplayer but I cannot see any video, I can only hear the audio. I've already tried to play it in other media player only to encounter the same problem. The file is an AVI video. What will I do?

I think you might not have the correct codec you can try to download vlc Player (It's Free )witch is the best video player around you don't have to install any codecs then.

As an IT professional i always recommend to use VLC player.



And to the poster above me: that you download something from bittorent doesn't mean it's illegal.

when download a torrent some were in your computer saved
use all torren saved in c://Documents and Settings/user
go to Documents and Settings and search for your movie...

I think the file u are trying to play must be using the new codec..

Install this player and try to play the video..

If you hear the sound only then the file u download is just a Audio AVI..
