My brother and my dad keep giving me disks to watch with divx video files on them. I could watch them on my computer, but I hate that and would rather watch them on my tv. So I bought a DVD player that says it is capable of playing divx video, but just putting the DVDs they gave me into the player doesn't work.
What do I need to do with the divx files in order to play them in my DVD player? I'm not really familiar with this stuff, so please explain thoroughly! Thanks
