...order the charges dismissedW/O predudice? on the Master mind of USS Cole bombing,when the Judge was adament to proceed with the trial.Now the Mastermind will be re-charged and later given trial under US laws,not a Military Tribunal.The Right to a speedy trial which has now been violated,and with a good US ACLU civil rights lawyer he will go free.
This is basically a presidential Pardon to terrorist,yet he met with victims families assuring them that justice will be done......When are people going to wake up to a dictator named Barack Hussein Obama?He asked the judge to dismiss the trial and the judge said No.Then he finds the way to over ride him.What has America elected?
