I don't understand how this works. I've heard people talk about it ...even write about it in books saying it works because it is a great source of good fats.."essential fatty acids" omega 3 or whatever.
I do alot of intense butt exercises. Maybe if i rubbed it on before or after doing the exercise? what do u think? would it help?
