How can save media files on my motorola v232i through the USB port from my computer?

When I connect my motorola v323i cellphone, the computer shows a text that says "Found new hardware", but then it shows a message that says "The hardware could not be installed because the software for your new hardware was not found". Where can I download a software that allows me to copy files to my cellphone from my computer, like pictures and music? If you provide me an answer I will appreciate it SO MUCH, DUDE!!!
