so i just stopped smoking cigaretes and its been tough iv not been able to concentrate and had extrema anxiety and restlessness but after thinking for a long while i realized that the toll it does to your body isnt worth it, so after stoping is there any way to get rid of the tar in your lunges from smokingi havnt been smoking long just when i turned 18 last march so not even a year, i heard that marajuana can clear your lunges of tar and debris because of the thc and that it helps anxiety which i am suffering greatly from since i quite is this truw and any tips how to keep staying tobacco free and resist cravings?i havnt been completly quited yet iv slept a few times and still need alot of help
