how can you get water out from the carpet in your truck?

i went mudding yesterday and got stuck in a mud hole i completely under estimated the water was up to my door and was leaking in. so now its soaked so far ive put towels over it to help soak it up and have the doors oven to air it out. but is there anything else i can do. i dont want it to mold

The real problem will be the water under the carpet. It usually isn't terribly hard to pull up and put back down, and I think it will totally be worth it.
