How can you laugh purposely w/o it being ovious?

I need to laugh sometimes to be a bit more socialative... can you help me? plz dont say like " think of the randomest funniest moments, cause that really doesnt work on me?
 
Just fake it, I do all the time. Laugh that's all not too much though it would be a dead give away.
If you can't bring yourself to laugh, smile and give a little chuckle.
