How can you make ringtones for the Motorola W385?

I would like convert mp3 music files to ringer file in order to transfer them to my phone. Does anyone know how to do this without the phone having to connect to the internet? Can anyone give me a website where it shows this?

it's great! you can convert any part of the song, up to 30 seconds and it'll be a ringtone in about 30 mins.
But you have to have pix messaging.
 
First off, You would have to have a Unlocked Phone, and if you dont, or dont know if you do, then u would need to JailBreak it (Hack) and software to do that is hard to find, Plus u would need the USB Data Cable
