how can you tell when a female is lesbian or bisexual?

it's just so hard to tell. females are generally very loving and open with other females any way, e.g. long tight hugs, kisses hello and good bye etc etc. and i certainly would never make the first proper move or straight out ask, i'd rather have lots of good friends and be single than possibly lose good friends and still maybe be single. i doubt there really is any real way of knowing unless they come up to you and kiss you full on. even then they could just be experimenting/drunk etc. that's another issue altogether. if any one does happen to have a nugget of wisdom please do share. i clearly don't possess gaydar, and people have no idea that i'm into women either, i'm a total femme, and butch women can be straight too, that's all just stereotyping.

I think I like women too. females are attractive to me as well as some nice looking men
but I don't know if I am bisexual it runs in my family to have hormone unbalance .
