Just look at chest. If you can see her nipple peek out through her bra or blouse or any dress, then she is getting hot and her nipple is getting hard for you.

i don't know what to tell you about the story, but some signs could be if she walks near you without a real reason to or even she doesn't look straight into your eyes may mean she's nervous of what you think her. so if that help you're welcome if not then my bad

I don't normally approach a guys but when I'm intrested I'll look at them and then look away. kind of still checking them out but not.

It's very hard to give you a solid answer over the internet.
It depends. Some girls are just really good actors. Others are kind of... out there and give you the really obvious whorey signs like touching your leg very inappropriately and such.
If we're talking in terms of a normal girl, she'll probably try to get to know you and make conversation.

She doesn't sound interested, sorry. I wouldn't consider that flirting, but if she doesstsrt to flirt that's a good sign. You know she likes you when she makes a poInt of talking to you, giggles, is shy, blinks a lot, plays with their hair, hints for a hug, looks at you from across the room, smiles, texts you a lot and other stuff. If a girl likes you, she'll talk to you a lot, dress nicely and maybe drop flirty comments (unless she's the shy type). She'll ask you questions and really listen to your answers.
She might find excuses to touch you sometimes, like hug you hello/goodbye, or hang onto your arm when you're walking somewhere or cuddle really close if its cold.

Some girls unconsciously play with their hair, stroke their neck or try to bring attention to their good qualities.

It is way too early to decide if she likes you or not. Signs that she likes you could be that she laughs at things you say and if you have long conversations and of course flirting. Just give it time and you will know if she likes you or not
