How come almost ALL motorola phones are so crappy, yet so popular and expensive?

- and dont say their good, ive had like 3 of them . i kept persuading myself that its my fault that they are slow, or break , or w.e. the problem is. until i realized everyone thinks theyr terrible .

so why are they so expensive? why are they still popular ??
