It's because many of those Christians are respecting the beliefs of those religions. But, at the same time, those same Christians are trying to preserve what they percieve to be the righteousness of civil order.
 
homo or abortions? God was destroying Israel because they had other temples up, not because of homosexuality and abortions.

Have you as a christian ever picketed a Allah temple? or what ever temple?
 
you are so ignorant read the bible and u will see how God turned a city into salt cuz of homosexuality...and as for abortion thou shall not Kill that why we are against but we don;t hate them if we did we would not be trying to save the abortionist and the homosexual...what we are trying to do is to save dem from burning in eternal fire,filled with stink and screams
 
The Lord did destroy Sodom and Gomora for the evils they let take control of their lives. But to answer your question, we are not here to "picket". We are not here to judge one another but to let God be the judge. Back in the Old Testament, the Lord often had Israel destroy heathen nations, but that is not what He has told Christians to do.

And as for some people and so called Christians who do rather "picket" others' evils, they are wrong. Hopefully they will come to realize that they are taking the wrong approach.

Because they know that other religions are more organized and will fight them. They'd rather fight those that are innocent, and not organized enough to fight back.
 
if they did, then i'd personally picket at their churches--or worse.
 
I saw them picket a fast food chain.

But that was just because it had said it would not discriminate against homosexuals like they had requested.
 
Because they're afraid they'll get their butts kicked.

The people singled out as acceptable targets for hateful mindless aggression are always minority's, and always have a hard time finding their voices in a conservative dominated society that's more interested in conformity than understanding.

they worshiped other Gods

we do not have to go to a place to be against it.

I never go to places to picket

i use my vote instead to oppose what i feel is wrong
