How come d my metropcs phone (Huewai, or somethin like that) internet doesn't work?

I activated my phone today (3-11) and my brother's. His internet on his phone works and mine doesn't. i think because when we were talking to the activator person, my cell clicked off and said successful. Then i had to restart it to finish the activation. We got the phones on the family plan for $45 each. When i log on the phone it keeps saying DNS not set up? How do you set it up?
