How come I can't receive pictures over text on my Telus LG Optimus?

I can send pictures over text, but every time someone sends me a picture it gives me a link to go to "telusmobility.com/snap" and when I click it it wants me to put in my password and stuff but I just wan't to be able to view my pictures like my friends do; Where a tiny version of the picture just pops up in the text thing, then you click it to see the larger version,
So is any one else having this problem? If so how do I fix it?
