How come movies i want to download are all in blue ray?

I usually go to a site that starts with the letter "P" and all the movies i want are in blue ray. Very tough to find DVD format to download so i can burn to DVD-R blank disc. Any suggestions?I dont own a blue ray player. I only have a DVD player. This PB site im speaking of used to have nearly all their downloads in DVD format. Dont know what happened. What should i do?
