How come Naruto Shippuuden 169 got leaked on the internet?

I mean, there's no such thing as a Crunchyroll release, so... wtf? Did it air in Japan THIS week and the Crunchy guys decided to be assholes and keep it to themselves until next week? OR one of the animators decided to screw with TV Tokyo and released it online?
