how come some personal trainers cost really high and they're not even celebrities?

how come some personal trainers cost really high like the most i've heard is $250.00/hr and he's a doctor and the owner...is that the reason why he would cost that much?? or does he do more things than what the other personal trainers can do at his gym for $25 - $30/hr...what are your opinions on why a personal trainer can cost the most than the others in a local gym
what i mean by celebrity trainers is people like jillian michaels and bob harper...jackie warner..trainers like that...lol..i didn't mean celebrities like just any celebrities..lol
