religion decline? Islam is the only religion that is actually rising, all others are on the decline because of education, especially in young people in the US.

But why can't US politician see that Islam isn't going anywhere, so they should make sure that laws don't look anti-Islamic in nature?

Islam isn't going anywhere because every time an atheist tries to criticize it some freak of nature threatens to kill him and set his children on fire.
 
none of our laws are religous in nature and they should not be. honor kill if you want but it is pre-meditated murder. and islam will kill itself out because sunnis and shiites will never co-exist.
 
So you want Sharia law, Go back the middle east where you can live under those laws. where you can beat your women by law, be head those who disagree with your religion.
 
They shouldn't make laws that are oppositional to any religion, regardless of their growth or decline.
 
since islam is the fastest growing religion politicians see it as a threat at least the smart ones do.
