How could i improve this introduction on spoken language?

During this course of analysing spoken language i have discovered aspects of my own personal idiolect, On top of this i have also witnessed many people from a variety of ages, genders, cultures and ethnic groups all with a Specialist language. It can vary from informal to formal, simple to sophisticated etc. It can also be influenced by power, status and your relationship with one another.

How could i improve this introduction on spoken language?
