how could tell if someones righteous and they do the will of God because sometimes...

...we can't meet everyone? like if you were to meet a new friend how would you know if he or she is righteous without even talking with? i say this because we can't meet with everyone.
 
Isaiah 53:5-6

The Bible says none is good, but God alone and that we all fall short of the glory of God. God says without Him we can do nothing. He is the vine and we are the branches. In order to produce good fruit, we must abide in Him. He alone is the source of good, truth, love, and Life.

well there's no point stressing over the ones you can't meet..
concentrate on getting to know the ones you do meet.
 
Everyone's definition of "righteous" varies, so there's no way of telling.
 
I'm not sure if I can find a solution to your problem with the info you are giving. You should try to explain a bit more so that people can answer with more confidence. Just a thought! :-D
