How d0 I activate Bluetooth in my laptop ?

My laptop has bluetooth, I used it one time, but I don't remember

My laptop is brand Dell, windows XP
 
There is likely a function button (fn) on your keyboard and a blue-tooth button that you need to press simultaneously. Either that, or a switch to turn your bluetoothed radio on, just like you have one to turn on your wi-fi radio.
