Since, Abraham Lincoln died 82 years before the Air Force was founded it is not possible he emulated the Air Force Core Values.
 
You need to ask how the Air Force emulated him. He died 82 years before the founding of the Air Force, about 50 years before the founding of the Army Air Corps and 37 years before powered flight.
