Okay... my boyfriend and I are currently in West Virginia where the age of consent is 16. At the moment we're both 17.
We have had sexual intercorse, and I've been wondering about this... If my parents find out, my dad will probably try to have him arrested for rape, or charged with something for having sex with a minor, even though he's a minor himself.
My question is, since we're both over the age of consent though neither of us is 18, and we both gave each other consent - is there actually anything that can be done? Even if we are minors?
