So my neighbor and I were raking leaves outside of houses. His name is Jorge. He told me I can rake the leaves on this black mat he left on his side of the lawn. Anyway, I walked back into the house to get some coconut juice to find out that he set all our leaves on fire!
I was furious! This guy could have burned my house down!! I asked him what he was doing. Jorge said that he has some license that allows him to burn his leaves on his lawn legally. I didn't believe him because he is Chinese.
I want to acquire a license to burn leaves so I can burn my leaves and "accidentally" burn his house to the ground. Do any of you know where I can get such a license? I will teach that guy a lesson or two not to mess with me or my family.
