how do i activate bluetooth on my laptop?

Youll need the bluetooth kit (antenna). You'll have to buy the extra hardware.

Depends if bluetooth is on your system. there should be something on your laptop that says bluetooth connection be it a switch on the outside of the computer or something located in control pannel. if the hardware you are using doesn't have anything in the control pannel saying bluetooth then you will have to buy a kit and activate it.

First u need that bluetooth sensor hardware and also u need software. If u have that then just plug it in into USB and if the software doesn't start automatically u have to run it yourself. That's it
