how do i add a picture onto my Lotus notes sametime?

we use it for work and nobody can figure out how to add a pic in the little box when your chatting. its got a place for it with a darkened outline of a person but how do you put your pic in it? just wondering! thanks

How to add picture to Lotus Notes sametime

For the best way this has to be arranged from the Lotus Domino server. There are a few links on the internet on how to do that.
There is however a Notes client alternative by using the Contacts in Lotus Notes. Here you can add a picture to a contact. If you save the contact you can then copy that contact into the sametime contact list by right clicking on the contact, selecting the top row in the menu which shows another menu, then select [Add to sametime contact list..].

I don't know how you can update existing sametime contacts or how you can copy sametime contacts to the Notes contacts to incorporate these contacts with a picture, unfortunately.
