how do i add movie to iphone without syncing on new computer and deleting

everything already on there? im at my moms and got a movie from itunes and want to put it on iphone but seems the only way it will let me is if i sync with this computer and then it will delete everything i already have. how can i get the movie on my phone without having to delete everything that is already on there. please help
