how do i bluetooth a pic from my phone to my samsung nc10?

I have turned on the bluetooth facility on both, but my mobile phone is not picking up my nc10. Where do i point the phone?

find photo in phone and choose to send the pic to the computer then wait for on screen instructions on phone and computer
