I'm 15 years of age, about 5"8.5' weigh around 115 lbs. I want to know how I can build up my stamina for running. I get really tired, very quickly, and lose my breath when just running about 150m -.-, I have access to a tread mill that goes up to the speed of 9 mph, and it has an incline feature.
What I need to know is:
-How am I supposed to breathe when running
-What activities can I do to improve stamina
-What foods should I eat to help
-Daily exercises I can do to help improve (How long should I run, what speed and more if you can)
-An exercise schedule, food plan, and anything else that would help me train fast
It would really help if you could give me an in-depth description answering all of what I need to know.
I know it's a lot, but all of a sudden, I really care about this, cause all of my friends are getting into stuff like this, I don't want to be the odd one out. Oh and does doing this stop my growth? I also want to grow taller.
