How do I burn a cdi that's too big for my CD-R?

I have a Sega Dreamcast cdi game and it was too big to fit on my CD-R CD, so somebody said to make it into a nrg file and burn with Nero, so I made it into a nrg file but how to I burn it with nero 10, so it can work on the Dreamcast? Or can I use DiscJuggler to burn nrg also, or is there a more easy way to burn a cdi file that's too big for the CD-R? I also got Alcohol 120%, can I somehow use that?
