How do I burn a DVD on my Macbook Pro (10.4.11) from a collection of .VOB files?

I recently downloaded a torrent and the files came organized like this. Folder A with sub-folders B and C. Folders B and C are the "disc 1 and 2" of the DVD. Both folders B and C contain .VOB files, which I can open with VLC player; video and audio play perfectly. The folders also contain .BUP and .IFO files which my Mac doesn't have an app to open. My question is, what is the easiest program to use to burn onto a DVD and do I have to include the .BUP and .IFO files? Is there a specific order which I need to put the files on the DVD to ensure the order is correct, or just drag and drop the files in the order which they are in the folders?

Thanks!!
