In light of the recent black outs with Fox Sports, FX, and NatGeo (and potential blackout with local Fox), Im am seeking to get out of my contract with dish because of the unavailability of these channels. When I signed with Dish, These channels were an important factor in my decision to go with this particular provider. As a paying customer, I feel it is the providers responsibility to make good on its availability of channels, especially ones as important as these. Is there anything I can do to avoid the cancellation penalty?
