How do I change an XVID filetype to MPEG 4 ?Or put a video onto my iPod?

I have a downloaded movie from frostwire called "The Social Network" it is 712 mb in size and it says the codec in the video is XVID and the codec in the audio is mpga.
i need to change them both to mpeg4 or be able to put it onto my ipod 4
if you could tell me how to or give me a website that does not require any software download that would be great. thx
