How do I change my line on Verizon's backup assistant?

I broke my phone and new I have a new one. When I try to go on backup assistant and I enter the right pin (on my phone) it says its not correct. So I tried doing it online. I wanted to look at MY contacts, but it goes to the account holders phone number. How do I change it to mine?
 
1. If you forgot your PIN, there should be an option in Backup Assistant to press # and have the PIN sent you to (on the phone).

2. When logged into the My Verizon account, you just have to click the drop-down menu and select your number to view the info for your line.
