How do i change my PSN information on my PSP?

Well the thing is i had a PS3 and i had an account there with 40 dollars worth of games. i sold the PS3 and now i have a PSP. the thing is i want to use the account that i had on the PSP on my PS3 but dont know if thats possible or if it is how to do it.
