I think it's most useful to just skip a day of sleeping. Just put on your favourite music or any activity that can keep you up for many hours on end like video games.
The imporant part, during this time just take a B complex vitamin. It's very good at regulating sleep. Also unprocessed sea salt regulates sleep very well. You can activate the salt by dissolving it in water.
